Q: What do I do if the User ID I have selected is already taken?
A: If the User ID you would like to use is already taken, create a different one by adding numbers to your User ID (e.g. Mark37). For ease, try using a memorable number, like your birthday or year, e.g., Joe1976.

Q: What do I do if the server is not responding?
A: If you are experiencing delays or the site is not responding to your request, you can:
