Q: What do I do if  I have forgotten my User ID, Security Validation Question, and/ or Security Validation  Answer?
A: For Security purposes, American Express does not allow you to change your User ID or Security  Questions and Answers online. Please call American Express at 2277 1095, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Q: What do I do if  I have forgotten my Password or I want to change it?
A: American Express provides you with the opportunity to change your Password online. Click on the "Forgotten Your Password?" link on the Log In page and follow the directions. To complete the process, you must remember your User ID and Security Validation Question and Answer. If you do not remember this information please call American Express at 2277 1095, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
